Heres the story. I purchased this bike last winter from collector. I rode bike about 80 miles. Ran pretty good. I then had new tires put on it. Changed all fluids and pit in new points. Since I put in points the bike has not run more than couple miles. Starts when it wants to and doesnt start when it doesnt. I have tried timing the bike but have gotten different settings from different sources. Spent a couple of days trying different settings. Nothing seemed to work. Bike has 90lbs. compression in each cylinder. Gets good fire but still starts only very seldom. The bike is really sharp. All electrics work. Brakes good. Tranny good (6 speed). Clutch good. The only flaws are as follows. Seat has stiched repair you can see in pics. Paint has c`racked away from one headlight ear again good pic. Top of tank has some fading but still shiny. There is not a rusty bolt or nut on this bike. No dents in anything. Has been sitting in my garage all summer and I have given up on getting it right. If you know these bikes here is your chance to get one with low low miles and no rust. Starting this bike at about 1/3 what I have in it.
