Vehicle Detail

1969 Mustang Mach1 H Code 351 Windsor FMX Auto Candy Apple Red I have too many projects to be able to complete this one. This 69 Mach 1 has a 1969 351 Windsor engine that ran when pulled and needs rebuilt, it is not original to this car, I also have a 1969 FMX Automatic Transmission that needs rebuilt as well and is not original to this car. The front end is in pretty good shape and has some new suspension and shocks, new wheel bearings. The fenders and doors and hood are in pretty good shape for a car 41 yrs old and should be useable. The driver side of floors looks like it has been replaced, the passenger side needs replaced. The frame rails front and rear look pretty good. The quarter panels and wheel housings and trunk floor needs to be replaced. This will be a really nice car when completed. I bought the car as you see it now, I think it is pretty complete but there are a couple of parts missing. The missing parts I am aware of is a drive shaft, steering box, and interior rear quarter panels. The magnum wheels are NOT included, I have three other wheels that will be used to put it on a trailer. I have a Marti Report for the car and can email that to you if you desire. If you have questions, you are welcome to call me on my cell at 317 440 1278. If you have questions, please ask prior to bidding. $500 deposit on the car after auction ends is expected within 48 hours via paypal. The balance will be due in cash at delivery. I will work with you on you picking the car up, but it is expected to be delivered within a reasonable period of time after auction ends. Mileage is unknown. I thought I had a pic of the engine, I will send you a pic of the engine or add it in a day or two. The Engine tag reads 351 E 69 3 M18 K203-S. It currently has a 4 barrell intake manifold on it for 69. I have a 2 barrell intake and carb for it as well. The engine is in very good condition and should complete. the exhaust manifolds look almost new like. Should be a very good engine to rebuild and is the correct year engine and transmission. On Aug-23-10 at 08:05:34 PDT, seller added the following information: The Marti Report Shows it was built at Metuchen, H Code 351, T5 Candy Apple Red, 63 C Mach 1, 3A Black Interior, Built June 20 1969, Dealer Delivered to Brunswick GA, 3.00 Standard Axle, Options : FMX Auto, E70x14 Belted Tires, White Sidewall Tires, Power Steering, AM Radio. On Aug-26-10 at 19:29:20 PDT, seller added the following information: I just added a pic of the 1969 351 Windsor Engine included in the auction. I have had this engine for 15 plus years, always had proper indoor storeage. Like I previously stated, this has a 4 barrel intake on it as show in pic, I have a 2 barrel intake and carb included as well but not pictured. I just reviewed my listing and I forgot to add that this Mustang has a Fold Down Seat and its in the car, I thought I had a pic of that but I dont, it appears its all there but the bottom of the seat. The chrome looks nice and shiny. I chose not to strip this car of the goodies, the console is there, rim blow, fold down seat, and hood scoop. I dont like buying a car all striped of the nice stuff and I left it for the new owner to assist in the restoration. The front end also has new upper control arms on both sides. Some of the suspension was media blasted and repainted. It looks nice. It also has both sides of new trunk floors and the brace that goes across the back is new as well and included in the auction. If you would like additional pics or have questions, please ask. Happy Bidding. On Aug-28-10 at 21:33:37 PDT, seller added the following information: Just an added note, the original door tag is on drivers door and the last digits of VIN is stamped on fender apron. PLEASE DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU ARE GOING TO BUY THIS CAR. THE LAST PERSON THAT WON THE AUCTION WAS FROM FRANCE. I WILL NOT PREPARE THIS CAR FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE TO PICK CAR UP PROMPTLY AND IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS, ASK THEM PRIOR TO BIDDING. THIS WILL MAKE A REALLY NICE MACH 1. IF YOU DO NOT WANT ENGINE AND OR TRANSMISSION, WOULD BE HAPPY TO KEEP AND WE CAN NEGOTIATE A PRICE. WILL ENTERTAIN ALL OFFERS, CAR HAS TO GO.
