Nothing drives quite like a BMW, and this 1999 Z3 Roadster proves the point. It is tight, solid, and corners like its on rails. Truly a driver's car. Its in very good condition, and includes features like leather seats and a power convertible top - part of the Premium package. Other factory options include 17" wheels and a automatic transmission. Its a lifetime Florida car that hasn't been exposed to the road salt and rough conditions of northern roads. Exterior features include 17" alloy wheels and a blue convertible top. The exterior is in very good condition. There are no noteworthy dents or dings, and the paint shines all around. The convertible top is power operated. The top itself is in good condition with no holes or tears. Autocheck shows no accident history or any other problems. The interior is also in very good condition. There are no rips or tears in the leather seats. Both front seats have power controls. This BMW offers some nice comfort and convenience features: power windows, locks and mirrors; cold air conditioning; a Kenwood AM/FM/CD stereo and much more. You may pay the purchase price with cash in person, with a cashiers or certified check or bank-to-bank wire transfer. These forms are acceptable for the deposit as well, and we will accept Paypal for the deposit only. If you are the winner, a $500 deposit within 48 hours of the end of the auction is sufficient to hold the car until the remainder can be sent or car is picked up. If these forms of payment are not acceptable, please do not bid. Final payment is expected within five (5) days thereafter. Legal Disclaimer: The parties agree to the following with regard to dispute resolution: Any disputes between the parties must first be addressed by mediation. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals. The parties recognize that the State of Florida has laws which provide for the shifting of the burden of attorney fees.
