Vehicle Detail
THIS IS A RE-LiST I will provide as much information as I can. I did an amature restoration on this car last year. So 1978 that comes with the matching numbers engine. Installed engine is not the original. This car was sanded down to bare metal. The following was replace on the body. Small floor sections on the right side front and back. Right trunk drop off, and outter rear lower section rear quater along with the left outter rear quarter. The whole car was epoxy primered and painted white (one gallon) and 2 quarts of clear. New decals were laided down over the clear coat paint. Now for the interior. I install all new carpet, new front seat uphostery, new center console lid, new headliner. Back rear window tray still has yet to be installed. Original car was white with the Carmine red interior. All interior parts were purchased from NPD Depot in Michigan. Only thing to help freshen up the interior would be new door panels and dash cover. Door bottoms are in good to fair shape. The rest of the underside of the car is clean with slight surface oxidation. The odometer shows 25-26K but again I can not confirm. Drives nice . Trunk is painted with speckle black paint, and does lack the spare and related jack. Engine has an exhaust leak on the right front manifold. Has a professionally rebuilt carburator. Tach, gas, oil, temp, except speedo just stopped working but the rest all work. The clock sometimes works. No radio. New master cylinder was installed with speed bleeders for easy future break bleeding. The body is not perfect and was never intended to be a show car, just a nice looking daily driver, there are some in perfections on the body. The fenders are good, no rot on the front. Needs front spoiler. The ignition key sometimes gets stuck and can't be removed, takes some wiggling to get out. Car has no AC parts with it. Tires are in really good shape with 2 new ones out on the back. I was told that this car was from Texas by PO but not confirmed. This car is being sold as is where is. Buyer is required to post a $500 good faith deposit via Paypal and balance in 48hrs. Buyer will arrange and pay all shipping cost. Comes with the build sheet which is partial only, mice got to it sometime also comes with the PHS history documents. I do have the original blocks along with the heads, manifolds and one manifold exhaust and they do come with the car. Also there is the need to install a new rear trunk lock assy. which was missing when I purchased the car. On Sep-10-10 at 17:23:56 PDT, seller added the following information: Please note the actual miles on the body is 91650 engine has 25000 approx which is a 1977 Pontiac 6.6 400
