The majority of them coming from new car dealer trades and wholesale auctions open to licensed dealers only. We specialize in a high volume of cars therefore our profit margin is very minimal. We do not collect any taxes from purchasers except Connecticut residents must pay 6% upon delivery. You are responsible for sales tax in your own state. Please understand that we do not profit or receive any monetary compensation from shipping. Should I fly in or have the vehicle shipped? That is entirely up to you. We will be glad to give you a door to door fully insured shipping quote. Sometimes after the cost of airfare, fuel, hotel, food, and most importantly time, you are better off having the vehicle shipped. In the long run it is usually less expensive to have your vehicle shipped.Will you pick me up at the airport, rental car agency, train or bus station? No problem. We will gladly pick you up from Bradley International Airport located about 10 minutes from us in Windsor Locks, Connecticut. We CANNOT pick you up from Logan International Airport in Boston unless prior arrangements have been made. There are however several buses and trains running from Boston into Springfield or Hartford daily. We will also pick you up at no charge of course at the Springfield Massachusetts or Hartford Connecticut bus or train satations. (Please no 2am flights. Should that be the case we will gladly leave the car at a secure facility within walking distance of the airport)When can I pick up my vehicle? You can pick up your vehicle any time during our normal business hours. Please call ahead and give us a 48 hour advance notice.What if I cannot come to your dealership to pick up my vehicle & I wish to have it shipped to me? If you are shipping your vehicle we will USPS Express Overnight Mail all necessary paperwork to you for registration and titling in your state. There will be a self addresses stamped envelope with instructions where to sign each document and which copies to send back to us in the self addressed stamped envelope enclose in the packet.
