Vehicle Detail

I bought this car on ebay in 2004 . It was completely stock and my wife loved it. It was a gift for her. Then she got sick.with ALS, she was dying. I offered to buy a new car of her choice. She chose a complete revitalization of the car she loved. She got a new top ,OZ racing wheels with Pirelli all season P-zero nero, Alpine radio detachable face cd player, amp and speakers, Viper alarm w/power locks. One remote was lost when I had the car painted in 07. I bought a beams engine and had it imported from Japan. The engine swap was done professionally by Southern Car customs in Georgia. Besides engine and trans along with ecu they upgraded the brakes ss lines , Ebach pro- kit competition clutch. The milage at the time of the swap was 136k. The beams is a 98 and only had 47k when installed. The exhaust was upgraded with a magnaflow and oversized volvo cat so it passes inspection. I spent over 20k on this car. Julie died in 07 and the car hardly gets used anymore. I'm finally ready to let go of this part of my life life and save a few bucks on auto insurance. You really need to drive this car to appreciate it. I want to sell it to someone who will come in person to pick it up and pay with cash. On Jul-28-10 at 17:49:27 PDT, seller added the following information: I seem to be getting a lot of questions about beams. The beams engine was built by Yamaha for Toyota and put only in 98 Japanese celicas & mr2s. Beams stands for breakthrough engine with advanced mechanism system. It's the first variable valve timing inteligence (vvti) motor. It has comparable power to the turbo charged engine in the altrac. I had it imported from Japan in 2006. It cost me over $4000 just to get it into the US. It is very rare.
