for sale is a 55 ford pickup complete ground up restoration 5 years ago.4200 miles driven since restoration. truck has chevy drive train, 350/350 trans with 4 barrel quad carb, volare front suspension, 9" ford rear differential, tilt column(74 chevy van), firewall mounted power brakes(80 ford ranger), power steering, vintage air a/c, 1986 chevy bench seat, new american auto wire harness, new interior, stainless steel bolts thru out, brake lines, trans lines and fuel lines. all steering linkage, ball joints, brakes, master cylinder, wheel cylinders, hoses are new. body is all steel except for rear fenders, they are 3" wider fiberglass. bed assembly is new from dan carpenter with oak floor,s/s strips and new tailgate, running boards are new steel from dennis carpenter. bumpers are polished stainless steel. steering wheel and wheels are billet specialties. tires are goodyear. instrument panel is original with new 12 volt original type gauges. truck has new radiator with electric fan. truck is painted 82 chevy apple red basecoat/clearcoat. the only rust repair on the truck was pin holes on the cab corners at the bottom. the cab was dipped at redi strip and epoxy primed thru out. all body parts were stripped and epoxy primed. both doors are NOS doors.
