You are bidding on a 2002 Ford F550 Service Truck. The GVW is 17,500#. This truck is equipped 7.3 Power stroke Engine, Automatic Transmission, and is 4 Wheel Drive. The truck has a 12’ Aluminum Bed, Tommy Lift Gate, and is equipped with an Auto Crane (model# 3203). Crane has a capacity of 3200# @ 3’ and up to 900# @ 18’. It has a hydraulic ram to extend in or out. There are aluminum boxes on the bed. The truck has newer tires on all 6 wheels. The truck does have a few issues that need attention and is priced accordingly. First the engine smokes when cold. We were told that one of the cylinders is bad so the engine may need rebuilt or replaced. There is grinding from the back of the truck. It is most likely the brakes because they look to be worn out. There is surface rust on the cab and the truck has some peeling paint. We are a commercial truck wholesaler and do not do any work or render any warranties for our vehicles. Everything we sell is sold As Is and far below KBB or NADA values. With some work this will make someone a very nice truck for the Propane Industry, Welding, Construction, Etc.
