It was a one owner when I bought it, with about 40,000 miles on it. So, it's 2 owners total. I know what you're thinking, it has a lot of miles. That's true, it does. By these have been easy miles between Johnson City, TN and Bristol, VA for my work commute. I have a 56 mile commute every day for work and this car has never failed me. That's why the miles have gone up as far as they have. I have taken great care of this vehicle. I have done all of the oil changes in my own garage, air filters, fluid levels, tire rotations and other routine maintenance. I tuned it up myself also, plugs, distributor cap, rotor button. The body of the car in great shape with no major dings. Battery is about 1 year old, and I put tires on it this past year and they are in great shape. I am selling because I am inheriting my wife's newer car. This has been the best (least trouble) car I have ever owned. The last Honda I had, had almost 300,000 miles on it and was still going. It does have a slow leak of oil coming from the oil pan gasket that I've known about for some time. I just keep an eye on oil level and it's been fine. I chose not to have it taken apart and fixed, since it wasn't losing a lot of oil. Also the oil drain plug has been fixed with a 'plug within a plug' style drain plug. This basically means that it has a small screw-like plug within the larger main plug that does not come off of the oil pan itself, saving it further wear. The title has a small short-term lien with my credit union that I will pay in full once the sale is complete, then I will send it with the vehicle. I just spoke with the credit union regarding this matter yesterday. Let me know if you have any other questions. Local pick up is fine on this car if you live close enough or get a ride. Happy bidding!
