Up for sale is a 1980 GL 1100 Goldwing Interstate model. Recent work: Carbs completely restored using High quality carb kit. Valve lash set to factory tolerances, carbs synched to darn near perfect synch. Email for details. Fluids flushed and filled. Engine compartment degreased when carbs removed. New cables last year. New rear brakes (ERC) this year. New rear tire this year. Front calipers rebuilt with new pads 2 years ago. New battery this year. Chrome running boards with passenger boards. AM/FM/CD player. 55W Halogen chrome bullet style running lights. NEW starter this year. This is a clean, well running bike that has seen a lot of loving maintenance over the past few years. My mechanic has gone over this ride with a fine tooth comb and SHE NEEDS NOTHING!!!! Fire her up and ride her home. There are no electrical problems or engine problems. Slight noise sometimes when starting which is a normal thing for Goldwings, which is the loosened starter chain tensioner. DOES NOT AFFECT PERFORMANCE or reliability. I would not hesitate to ride this bike out of the garage and take a 1,000 mile trip if I did that sort of thing. Slight body damage to front right fairing lower which does not affect ride at all, and is not readily noticable. All locks work, keys included. Winner must provide a $500.00 non- refundable deposit through paypal within 48 hours of auction's end. Winner must pick up bike at my home within 1 weeks time, unless arrangements are made ahead of time. No delivery or shipping is available. Paypal is required for the deposit, within 48 hours of closing or item will be relisted and negative feedback entered. Arrangements can be made with seller to pay balance IN CASH at time of pick up.
