Vehicle Detail
Ok folks…here we go again. This car is being relisted due to not 1 but 2 zero feedback zero transaction bidders winning and not following through with my previous auctions. To those of you legitimate E-Bay bidders out there I apologize for the following short lecture I am about to give….Winning an E-Bay auction is a legally binding contract, which means you are buying the item for the price which you have bid. Winning an auction does not win you the right to come out and think about whether or not you want to buy the item. If you require an inspection, have it done prior to bidding. I strongly encourage all bidders to inspect the vehicle personally or enlist the services of a professional inspector prior to placing a bid. After the sale, inspections are not recognized as a contingency to completing your obligation to your winning bid. Please do not bid if you are not seriously interested or financially able to purchase this item. Serious bidders only please. I do not use phantom bidders; I let you set the final price for the car. For those of you looking for a dent free, corrosion free, filler free, laser straight, pristine paint 50+ year old 1959 El Camino, this is not the car for you!!! To make this car like the above mentioned it would need extensive paint and body work as well as lots of time and probably money. Does it need all that? Absolutely not!! Can the car be driven and enjoyed as is? Absolutely YES!! I invite any and all legitimate bidders to come out and take a look before bidding. This vehicle is being sold as is, where is, with no warranty, expressed written or implied. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle and to have satisfied himself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle. The time has come for me to sell my pride and joy. This car turns heads and receives more attention than any other hot rod or muscle car I’ve ever owned.
