Up for auction today is my father's personal SHOW WINNING TRUE 1963 Impala 2 Door Coupe. Times are tough, and the family must sell our favorite car. My father has been the SAME OWNER for nearly 20 years! I can remember riding in this car my entire life. This Impala has won a ROOM FULL of TROPHIES !!! There are too many to name, but pick up an issue of Low rider Magazine in 2005 to see it featured in a multiple page spread. It also has won awards at the Super Chevy Car Show, and the Mill Hollow Crusin Car Show, as well as TONS of others. This 1963 Impala is powered by a true numbers matching ORIGINAL 283 V8 with 67k ACTUAL miles. It has power steering, power brakes, and runs like new. This is something EVEN THE WIFE CAN DRIVE! The Power glide Automatic transmission runs amazingly with zero issues. The first thing you'll notice is the Corvette Blue paint job, which was professionally applied with the REAL white leather interior with navy piping. The dash is padded, and the new carpet is navy in color. The quality is top notch, and looking amazing in person. The chrome looks like new around the car, and the bumpers were plated 5 years ago. The OEM Factory 1963 Rally Wheels with brand new tires really make this Impala STAND OUT! Another thing we always get compliments on is the White Pearl top which is a blue pearl tint to it. The top end was rebuilt recently including the cam and oil lifters. A Mallory distributor and dual exhaust was added to make this Impala sound and LOOK great! All new TRW tid rod ends, ball joints, idle arms, springs, and everything else in the front end was replaced. There are all new brakes all the way around. The car runs and drives with zero issues, as if it were brand new. When buying a classic car, the first thing to check is the quarter panels. 90% of them are mudded up, rusted, or in poor condition. I am happy to report that the quarters on this Impala are in BEAUTIFUL shape. ZERO waves. ZERO mud. All the pans and trunk are excellent - I took pictures of everything so you could see for yourself. Even the glass is excellent - zero chips, cracks, streaking, or any type of defects can be found.
