Ford F-250 high boy 4x4, The good, Truck has a running 360 motor with the 4 speed on the floor.The carb is a new holley with only a few running hours on it. I installed a new power steering pump I have been told it has 4:11s in the front and rear but I have not personally checked. The brakes have been gone through, the drums (all 4) have been turned and the pads were replaced. The bad, Rust Rust, The cab has major rust, not repairable. The frame behind the cab has bad rust, My concern is the driver side spring perch has 50% of it missing due to rust. The exhaust is all intact but the donuts fell out of the manifolds and I have not replaced (It's loud) The front axle is drum brakes, and it has the enclosed knuckle u-joints. Also, the bed looks okay, but it's not attached to the frame very well. So bottom line, the truck starts and runs okay and idles pretty well for this age of a truck. The four wheel drive works good and the trans seems tight and shifts well. The brakes quit working about 6 months ago, they did need a little pumping but now the pedal goes staight to the floor, Checked the resevior and it was empty. Haven't had any time find the leaking wheel cylinder and bleed the brakes again. Good for deer lease or parts truck, all lights seem to be intach and working but it would take alot of work to get on the road legally.
