For Auction is my 1981 Suzuki GS850. Good condition, new rear tire, serviceable front tire, carbs cleaned last year, seat in good condition, exhaust in good condition with some corrosion on the header pipes, right fork seeping slightly, but has not been an issue so far. Clutch in good shape, shifts well through all the gears. New battery, and all electrics work properly. It also has a small Spitfire windshield, and the original tool kit. The tank's clear coat is cracked, but it is not chipping or flaking, just old paint. Runs well, with a slight miss from time to time. I have never done anything to it except get the carbs cleaned, so it may need plugs or wires, ignition is electronic. Doesn't seem to burn oil, but it does seep as it runs, no problem, just keep an eye on it. This was my first motorcycle and I have never hesitated to run it wherever and whenever I choose. Usually my trips are no longer than 100-200 miles at a time, but as I have a bigger touring bike now I really just don't have much need for it, which is too bad because it's a lot easier to run around town on this smaller bike than it is on the bigger one.
