Hello! I have up for-sale my 1997 BMW 328ic Convertible with an automatic transmission. The car has 99,xxx miles on it. When I purchased the car I replaced the motor because previous owner ran it without oil. So the new motor only has roughly 40k on it. While the new motor was going in I had new plugs installed, oil change and replaced battery. The car runs and drives EXCELLENT, just like a new car. Tires are fairly new on the car. Bad: -There is a small dent on the front right fender on the car (pictured). It probably could be banged out if you spent some time on it. -Above the back right wheel well there are a couple scratches (pictured), not really noticeable though. -Driver seat has some cracks in it. -Traction control is disabled. Convertible top: The top is AUTOMATIC. The back window on the top is a little foggy. When you go to put the top down it gets hung up sometimes because it hasn't been used much. This car comes in AS-IS condition with NO warranty. The car is for sale locally also, so I have the right to end auction early. On Aug-26-10 at 10:32:59 PDT, seller added the following information: SO my luck is that I went to show the car yesterday and I noticed on the rear window on the upper left hand side there is a small tear at the SEAM between the window and top about 8 inches long. So I adjusted the BUY IT NOW price from $5,750 to $5,500. Sorry about that.
