Vehicle Detail

1984 308GTB Quatrovalve.  VIN: ZFFLA12800052463 One owner car 26 years. Hi.  Welcome to the auction of my 1984 Ferrari 308GTB Quatrovalve. It's one of only  748 GTB quatrovalves ever built.  It's had a single owner for 26 years. A one owner, ALL original 308GTB QV.  It was imported in 1984 as a brand new car from Europe.  It's entire life has been spent in Southern California, so there is zero of the dreaded rust problems that most Ferrari's get eventually.  Everything is original.  Original tires (which could be good or bad, depending on how you look at it)... they have some age cracking, but still drive & look very nice.  This may be a very desirable feature if you're going to turn the car into a concours Ferrari.   I noticed that the photos for this auction are very small in size... I don't know why, as I uploaded large format photos. Click here to see MUCH larger photos of the car (click the button right below the photo that reads "View" full sized image"... you will be able to view HUGE photos). The windshield is spectacular and looks like brand new... even with 38K miles.  The interior was just professionally re-dyed using world famous Ferrari dye (Leatherique) as the Ferrari leather likes to fade & turn brownish over the years (instead of the factory orange-ish tan) no matter how well you take care of it. The interior is great condition as you can see from the photos.  The dash (leather) has pulled near the  vents (which is the norm) I had it remedied with a pair of special covers that slip underneath the vents and look nice.  Seats look like brand new and are soft as can be.  The center console looks great, and switches are like new as you can see.  Make sure to look at my Youtube HD quality video of the car... there are 3,  4 minute videos of the car, so you can see for yourself how nice the car looks, up close.  There is also a "test- drive" video so you can see how nice the car shifts & drives.  Don't miss out on this spectacular car.  It is not a concourso car, but it could be, with someones help.  It is probably one of the best original 308GTB QV's out there.  I have all the original tool kits (un-used & like brand new) are there.  The original jack & accessories... including the plug-in original (like brand new) Ferrari map reading light.  The engine is immaculate (see the HD video) as is the interior, & front hood/ spare tire area.  All the rubber looks like new (doors, trunks etc).  The gloss-black trim around all the windows & drip-rails looks absolutely like new... I don't think you could find better (even on a concourse Ferrari). The car shifts absolutely flawless, & doesn't need to be warmed-up to shift smoothly from gear to gear (like you hear Ferrari's are supposed to be warmed up).  It shifts up & down perfectly (as you'll see in the videos).  It has the Euro front valance. Electric factory side mirrors. Nice Alpine CD player. Dynamat(ed) doors to keep it quiet inside.  All the gauges look like new & work perfectly (a Ferrari rarity).  The headliner is letting loose in a few small areas, but nothing that couldn't be fixed by an upholstery guy in a few hours.  Otherwise the headliner material looks like new.   Please take a look at the 3 videos at these links to Youtube, so see the car in even better detail. That way you can make a very educated bid on this unique, Southern California, one owner, low mileage, rare Ferrari (only 748 GTB QV's made).  1).   Click here to see video #1.  Make sure to click the "view in 720HD" button. 2).   Click here to see video #2. Make sure to click the "view in 720HD" button. 3)    Click here to see video #3. Make sure to click the "view in 720HD" button.   CLICK HERE to email me, if you have any questions.   Thanks for looking at my auction.  Good luck bidding.  You can call me with any questions before bidding: 805-295-0180 Nick.  Title to the car is clear, & I have it on hand, for an easy sale.  For transportation, any of these carriers work great: VIP Transport, Reliable Transport, Intercity Lines, Horseless Carriage and there are more options if you visit Uship.com. Don't miss out! Good luck. Bidders with 0 feedback will be subject to bid retraction if I deem necessary. Don't let this hold you back from bidding.*Also understand that this is a legal and binding contract. If you are the winning bidder please follow through quickly with the necessary deposit etc...
