1999 Subaru 2.5rs with 1999 JDm 2.0 V5 swap. Full conversion includes 5 speed sti tranmission, rear diff and axles. All 4 hubs were swapped from a 2005 sti (5x114) and long ARP studs were installed. Comes with 2005 Brembo brakes with Brembo crossdrilled rotors and Hawk pads, has stainless braided brake lines, 2005 brake booster, master and pedal assembly. Has new BC coilovers and 2005 front aluminum control arms. Engine mods include a Syms header wrapped, Cobb crank pulley, HKS downpipe, HKS full exhaust, HKS blow off valve with a front mount intercooler, Koyo radiator, Blitz radiator cap, Mushimoto fan assembly, spearco hoses, turbo inlet, Group N motor and transmission mounts. Interior has been updated to 2005 WRX seats, Skunk2 weighted shift knob, new Boston Accoustic speakers, components in front, white face autometer boost gauge that matchs cluster, no radio, rest of interior looks stock and everything is in good shape. All sound dampning has been removed from vehicle and rear seat belts, was good for a over 150 lbs. Body looks mostly stock with front bumper being modified for front mount and lip added, rear fenders rolled and flush hood pins added. Clean harness merge, everything soldered and shrink wrapped. Still needs wiring work to start by key. As it sits the car will crank over, but is not not getting a signal to spark. All wires from pcm to engine are correct, the car used to be an automatic and I think something in that area is not wired in correctly. If jump leads are sent the car will fire, engine is good. I have lost interest in the project and bought a 2006 STI im building instead. The car will come with a complete 2004 STI harness to convert to OBDII and newer flash pcm. Also comes with late model axles and wheel speed sensors if you want to retain ABS. Best bet is to just ship both harness's out to someone and pay the $700 merge. Overall the car looks very good and is a great deal for someone. Im sure there is a ton of stuff im forgetting. I have over $15k inversted in just buying the larger items, anyone that has built a car knows the little stuff adds up too, fluids, lug nuts, hardware, paint, glue.... I have a standing offer of $5k for the car, I want to get more than that. Buy it now price is $10k , fair price considering the car will be worth $15-20k running. ***I have a 2005 2.5 STI shortblock and new Greddy timming belt that will go with the car no matter the final price, auction does not have to reach 8k as stated before***. Also have the origonal 2.5 na motor for the car if anyone wants it.
