This is a one owner REAL olds 442. The story is the father bought the car for his wife, not knowning what a 442 was. The wife said the car had to be an auto, with air, and thats what dad brought home new. The car is original right down to the original seat covers that were put on the car new ,the dad had to choice's one was a clear seat covers, or color coded seat covers. The dad had the heads worked on due to a bad head gasket, so then dad painted the top of the motor blue. The motor has never been out of the car. Most of the paint on the car is original except where he would touch up some surface rust with a spray can, like he did the trunk. The motor runs and has never been out of the car. The car has no brakes it is from setting all these years. I got the car running again but you can smell the old gas, I added new gas with it. The car is real solid it has a few rust spots but nothing real bad. The interior is all original, and everything works, it still has the olds vanity mirror on the visor and it is not cracked. The original hub caps are still on the car. The jack and spare are still in the trunk, I think the spare is original. The front of the hood had a dent , and dad tried to fix it ,the front trime is in the trunk. This rare car needs a complete rusteration to make it worth the big bucks.
