Here is a VERY nice original 2 owner 1955 Chevy 210 4dr sedan. 1 repaint 30 yrs ago, no major body damage or rust. The only rust ever in this car is a small spot about baseball size in the pass front floor, and it has been sealed with POR15 and patched. No rust or damage EVER to the remainder of the car. Paint is aging, but still shows well for a driver. Minor chips and dings here and there, but nothing major. Fresh 235 6cyl, standard bore, .010/.010 crank, new oil pump, timing chain, water pump etc. Reman dizzy with a Pertronix ignition. Starts right up and runs great. Rebuilt carb etc. 3spd manual trans on the column, shifts smooth and firm. New cluch , press plate and re-surfaced flywheel. New U-joints in D-shaft. Rearend is fresh, all new seals and bearings. 3.70:1 ratio. New 235/75 radial tires in rear, New 215/70 radial tires up front. Cruises great at 65-70mph. New radiator, New heater core and valve, all new hoses belts etc. New M/C, all hard brake lines, new brake hoses, new wheel cyls, all new spring kits, new e-brake cables, new speedo cable. Interior shows wear, but is still presentable, as is headliner , door panels etc. Front seat and top of rear seat are the worst, and have new seat covers on them. New carpeting. 80,000 actual mile car, I am the 2nd owner. Front end was rebuilt several years ago and still feels tight etc. all glass is good except driver front door glass is cracked, and winshield has a few minor pick marks and a minor star that were fixed by a local glass shop. All new front wheel bearings and seals. Starts, drives, stops and handles great. Every thing works except the sppedo, and another is included. The needle fell off and was growling a little, so the cable is now unhooked. Wipers are vacuum, and work but need re-greased as they are a bit slow. I've just been using Rain-Ex. Original bumperjack, with a New spare tire on original wheel. Not original hubcaps, but the rest of the car is pretty well stock. Original tepm guage was not reading properly so an underdash guage was added, along with a remote horn button. Lots of extra parts etc. New battery, 12 volt, rebuilt generator etc. about 5,000 miles on mechanical rebuild. Fly in drive home!!! Hard to find a 55 chevy this solid, and un-cut!!!
