We have a large quantity of used trades and many are one and two owner like this Jeep Grand Cherokee . We will be listing all here on E-Bay, so keep checking back. It may be hot outside now, but sooner or later winter will be back with all those rotten driving conditions. If you want to get to work or school during those snow storms, you NEED a 4 x 4 vehicle. This is a one owner 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo with 141,000 miles. The exterior is Moss Green with Gray lower accent cladding. The paint is in good refective condition after being fully detailed by our staff. The lower plastic body cladding has been dyed, it is an improvement over the nasty faded gray color that was there. It is not show quality, but in our opinion..an cosmetic improvement. The only body damage is a dent/scrape in the hood panel. Overall, this Jeep is cosmetically good. The interior is Tan leather and in very nice shape. There are front power buckets with console and a folding rear bench seat. If you fold the rear bench seat there is lots of cargo room for bringing home your treasures from the mall or a day of shopping. There are no smoke or pet odors prevailing in the cabin. The power windows, moonroof, radio, seats and power mirrors are all in good working order. The climate control is also working correctly including the cold air conditioning. There is a problem with the power locks. They are not working correctly from either the switch or fob, we suspect a faulty locking actuator(s). All the locks work fine manually. The power for this Jeep is provided by that old standy...a 4.0 straight 6 cylinder. These engines have been in service for decades and are know to be just about bulletproof. This one starts right up and runs fine. It is backed by an automatic overdrive transmission and Select Trac "shift on the fly" transfer case. The transmission shifts smooth and 4 wheel drive can be easily engaged. The tires are mismatched and 3 will need replacement soon. LF, LR and RR are all Goodyear Wranglers with approx 5/32" remaining. The RF is a Bridgestone that looks almost new at 11/32". The spare tire is a "donut" space saver. We sent this Jeep through our shop and found some issues that required immediate repairs to make the car roadworthy. The water pump, radiator and fan control switch were all defective. The pump and radiator were leaking badly, so we replaced those parts and the fan switch. Our technician also found some typical oil seepage from the oil and transmission pans. Not uncommon for a 140k mile vehicle. We changed the oil/filter and topped off all the fluids. All new coolant was installed with the pump and radiator. We have all the owner's bookets and 1 key with remote. We do not have any prior service records for this vehicle. Here is a clean Jeep Cherokee Laredo 4 x 4 with a leather interior and cold air for under $4000! Nothing to think about folks..hit the "buy it now" or someone else will!! The Carfax report does indicate a collision incident. It occurred in 2/2009, and we have no details of the loss. It could not have too bad of a collision, since a vehicle this age would likely have not been repaired by most insurance companies. We do not subscribe to other history reporting agencies so we base our info on the accuracy of Carfax. This is a 10 year old Jeep with over 140,000 miles, let's be realistic here and not pick it apart. If you are looking for "perfect", head over to the Jeep dealer, pick out a 2010 and get ready to spend $35,000. Please be sure to ask questions and look at the photos before bidding. We are unable to provide shipping quotes, please contact one of the transportation companies that offer their services in E-Bay Motors. We cannot finance this Jeep Grand Cherokee and are not accepting trades on our E-Bay listings. We are frequently asked about rust issues.
