1983 Suzuki GS

For sale is my 1983 Suzuki GS850L. This bike is my daily driver but I would like to sell it to get something else. I will describe the bike somewhat and ask that you look at the pics as they tell the best story. Paint and chrome show some wear related to a bike that age and mileage, but overall very nice shape. Exhaust is solid, no holes or rot, and sounds great. Seat has no rips or tears and is soft and pliable. All the gauges and lights work. (Tach fluctuates, may need a new cable). Tank is super clean inside. Brand new battery June 2010. The bike starts starts right up, idles well and runs great. Mileage shows 55,934.The previous owner told me when I bought the bike that there was 35,000 miles on it, but he replaced the speedometer with one that showed 50,000 and that is what the title shows, so I'm selling it at it's present milage. Just wanted to let that be known. I have put 5,000 plus miles on it myself, trouble free. The only things I see that the bike needs is fork seals and rear tire. Front may have some life left in it.
