Vehicle Detail

Life seems to give you exactly what you want but when you no longer need it!!! I have for years wanted a Trail 90 or 110 for my youngest daughter, an outdoors girl. Within two months prior to her marriage to a Marine and moving across the country I found one. She now lives in an apartment, goes to college, and will not have a need or place for the bike. Now for the bike; It starts easily, runs great and all of the electronics work very well. It has the dual-range transmission which is great for riding off road and would be great for travel trailer and campground use. Since I acquired the machine I have cleaned the fuel tanks and carb, and replaced the fork seals. The tires are in good usable shape with a knobby on front and what us old-timers use to call a "trials tire" on the rear. The brakes are smooth in operation and stop the m/c easily as it should. All cables, levers, and pedals are unbroken and operate very smoothly. I have ridden this little unit around my place for a few months now and I realize that I have no reason to keep it for myself. Southern Arkansas has too much soupy mud for me to hunt off of it and most of my time is spent on a Goldwing 1500 which makes the Trail 110 feel like a kid's toy. I hate to let it go but I must;"Too Many Toys". An Antique Arkansas title can be obtained for this vehicle by presenting a Bill of Sale to the Department of Revenue. I will assist the buyer in this process but I currently have not obtained a title. Research shows that no leans or claims have been placed against the unit. Now for the negative; There are no mirrors on the bike. I have repaired small pin-holes in both fuel tanks and repainted the main fuel to a "near match" color. (Please use the photos to observe the bikes condition.) The repair should be permanent but there is a slight off-color to the paint. The seat cover has two small splits in it but it is still pliable and should not continue to rip anytime soon. There is a slight smoke upon start up but this soon stops. I do not know if it is from valve seals or carburator settings. If you have questions please feel free to email me. I gladly answer all as truthfully as possible. A $200 deposit by PayPal is required within 7 days of auction closing with the ballance due in U S currency upon reciept. As a Detective I do not trust checks or money orders of any type so please do not ask. , I am a new seller and I cannot ship this bike. I will deliver within 50 miles of my home for no charge and will consider additional miles for a fee of $1.00 per mile beyond that range. Pickup arangments can be worked out upon completion of the bidding. I know you will love it so happy bidding. Highest bidder takes it home as there is no reserve on this auction.
