1982 Land Cruiser FJ40. Beautiful restoration. One of only 800 imported to the United States in 1982. This land cruiser has newly upholstered front seats and rear jump seats. Fresh T309 Toyota super red paint on both the exterior and interior. Both sides of the front and rear doors were painted. The rear tub, all door jams, and front windshield have been painted. The entire undercarriage has been undercoated. All gauges work without any issues. The vehicle has plenty of power. The drive train is tight, steering is tight, brakes are tight. The transmission and transfer case both slide easily through the gears. This cruiser is a daily driver and I would recommend to anyone that I is in excellent mechanical shape. No oil, transmission or transfer case leaks/drips. The emergency brake is in working order, windshield wipers (not the fluid) works great. During the term of this auction I will be replacing the windshield glass since it has a crack. I will also replace the muffler as it needs a replacement. This cruiser has brand new 32x11.50 R15 BF Goodrich Mud Terrain tires on original factory 1982 Toyota rims. The spare tire is also on a Toyota factory rim but has a used BFG all terrain tire. As you can see from the photos, the hard top and doors are in exceptional shape. All windows work, door handles, locks, etc are all in working order. The hard top has an aftermarket black headliner. I've gone through all signals to make sure they are in working order. This cruiser still has all of the smog equipment in the engine compartment and will pass California emmissions. The cruiser does not have power steering or AC. These were options for the 1982 year. Buying Terms: Serious biddders only. Don't bid if you don't intend to follow through and close the deal quickly. After I recieve the deposit I will overnight the clean title to you. Once you receive the title, you have 7 days to pay the balance in full via cashiers check or wire transfer. This process has worked well for me in the past. I will help to arrange shipping or drop the cruiser off at a shipping outlet. The vehicle is sold as-is.
