Vehicle Detail
1979 Chevrolet El Camino. The car comes with the factory build sheet which shows that the original 305 engine was replaced with a 350. The bucket seats were replaced with a bench seat, but the factory 4-speed transmission (rare) was retained. The car also has rear air shocks and a 2011 Washington registration. The paint is not the shiniest show car paint job but is white all over. Tires look new by the tread, new exhaust, brake pads, and I replaced the brake master cylinder and one caliper since the bleed screw wouldn;t come out. The battery is a year old from NAPA. Engine: some kind of lumpy semi race cam, Hedman Headers, ACcel HEI super coil, Edelbrock manifold with a Holly 650 carburettor sitting on top, chrome valve covers with Chevrolet logo, and a Summit Racing chrome air cleaner. The previous owner told me that the engine is out of a 72 Chevelle that some kid built with cubic dollars then wrecked the car. No reserve. The engine is probably worth more than the starting price.
