Automatic with Manual Mode This 2008 IS250 is an absolutely fantastic condition inside and out, and it runs and drives like new - it should, it has just 16,385 original miles on it. This one adds over $4000 in factory options, including the premium package, the automatic transmission with shift paddles, 18" wheels and more... This Lexus is still covered by the remaining factory warranty until 10/2012 or 50,000 miles. The powertrain is covered until 10/2014 or 70,000 miles.. Exterior features include 18" alloy wheels, Bi-Xenon directional headlamps with auto-leveling and fog lamps. The exterior is in very, very good condition. There are no notable dents or dings, and the paint shines like new all around. Carfax shows no accident history or any other problems. The interior is also in excellent condition. There are no holes, rips or tears in the leather seats. The dash, carpets and door panels are all nice. Both front seats have power controls. Both front seats are also heated and ventilated. Rear seat passengers ride in comfort with their own A/C vents This Lexus offers some nice comfort and convenience features: power windows, locks and mirrors; smart key entry with push-button start; auto air conditioning; AM/FM/CD changer stereo with steering wheel controls (sounds GREAT); trip computer with driver info center; tilt & telescopic wheel; cruise control, and much more. The toolkit and original mats are with the car. The trunk area is clean and roomy. The 2.5 liter V6 runs strong and very smooth. It's rated at a healthy 204 hp and 185 lb-ft of torque. If you are the winner, a $500 deposit within 48 hours of the end of the auction is sufficient to hold the car until the remainder can be sent or car is picked up. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals.
