This 2001 CL600 combines refined V12 power with good looks and a full slate of luxury features. It has been upgraded with tasteful and expensive exterior upgrades that added thousands of dollars to the $119,000+ sticker price. Now this car available for a small fraction of that amount. It is in very good condition inside and out, and it runs great. This is a lifetime Florida car, so it hasn't been exposed to the road salt and rough conditions of northern roads. Exterior features include 22" alloy wheels from Asanti and fog lamps. This car also has custom front fenders with vents, and an aero kit with side skirts, a roof spoiler, and a rear lip spoiler. These custom upgrades blend seamlessly with the style of the car - it looks like it could have been a factory option. The exterior is in very good shape, with no notable dents or dings. There are a couple of fine scratches, but nothing that detracts from the overall appearance of the car. Autocheck shows no accident history. Autocheck does say this car was reported with frame damage at a dealer auction in early 2009. We can't find any sign of a problem, and it has been at 2 other auctions since then with no frame damage reported. The interior is clean, and in very good condition. The leather seats are very nice with no rips or tears. The carpets, dash, and door panels are also in fine shape. Both seats have power controls and memory. They also are heated and ventilated and have the pulse lumbar (massage) feature.Interior trim is finished in Piano Black, and there is an Alcantara (faux suede) headliner. The rear seats are in equally fine shape. Rear passengers have their own A/C vents and storage console. The Mercedes-Benz comes very well equipped. Highlights include AM/FM/Cassette audio system with a 6 CD changer in the trunk, GPS navigation system; a trip computer, power tilt and telescopic wheel, and much, much more. The automatic transmission has a manual shift mode. Please note that the ABC air suspension system is inoperable due to the 22" wheels installed on the car. Safety features include dual air bags, front side air bags, curtain air bags, ABS and ESP stability control. This CL600 has a power sunroof. The auto rearview mirror has a HomeLink universal gate/garage opener, and there is a Tele-Aid SOS assistance / concierge system. The trunk is very large. It is also power operated. The 5.8 liter V12 runs smooth and strong. This motor is rated at 362 hp and 391 lb-ft of torque. This car may be driven, so it could have a few more miles on it by the time the auction is over. These forms are acceptable for the deposit as well, and we will accept Paypal for the deposit only. If you are the winner, a $500 deposit within 48 hours of the end of the auction is sufficient to hold the car until the remainder can be sent or car is picked up. If these forms of payment are not acceptable, please do not bid. Final payment is expected within five (5) days thereafter. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals.
