1959 AUSTIN HEALEY BUGEYE SPRITEThis car is LOVE at first Sprite! A very nice, very clean Bugeye full restoration done 100 miles ago. Stripped down to he bare body and then fully rebuilt. Nearly every part replaced or rebuilt. Excellent body, beautiful Red paint, detailed engine bay, SUPERB running and driving. Engine has 100 miles since rebuild. The Original 948 motor has oversized pistons (.030), 1098cc head with larger valves and larger ports, a lightened and balanced 12 lb. flywheel, 1275 front harmonic pulley and new exhaust system and a 32/36 DEV Weber carb.. Front disc brakes have been added to make this a terrific car. You could take this car to any car show and be proud. From the dash/knobs/gauges to the chrome, (older but very well preserved), this car is a head turner. Excellent throughout. New interior, seats, carpets, wiring harness, rear 1/4 leaf springs painted and oiled and shocks rebuilt, master and slave cylinder rebuilt, fuse box, voltage new ignition switch, and new cloth wire harness.... all producing a smooth running Bug Eye that doesn't miss a beat. This car is, in every way, a little jewel...rust-free. As it is now, the car is ready to take you down any country road through the corners with agility that that will put miles of smiles on your face.
