You are bidding on a 1974 Honda Trail 70 CT-70. I purchased this bike approximately 10 years ago as it was unmolested and in original shape. This bike comes with a CLEAR Michigan title, the ORIGINAL sales slip when it was purchased new on July 8th, 1974. Also included is the ORIGINAL Honda motorcycle dealer’s set-up and pre-delivery check list and the original DMV invoice from the 1st owner. This Trail 70 has been stored in my heated airplane hangar and driven very little. Today I started it and drove it around the airport for the first time in about 1-1/2 years. It runs and shifts great but seemed a little cold blooded. After it was warm it ran well. (see video clip) The tires are fantastic, hold air and have very little use. The battery I’m afraid would need to be replaced. When you push the horn button its is weak since the battery has given up. Same with the head light. I am including in the sale a tune up kit, carb kit, seat cover and Honda CT-70 shop manual. If you are looking for a true collector bike that hasn’t been destroyed like so many, this is it.
