1970 Dodge Charger 500: Your bidding on an original, numbers matching big block muscle car. The last six of the serial number of the car were stamped into the engine and transmission casings as they passed through the production line. It is rare to have a forty year old car that still retains its original engine and transmission, BUT THIS ONE DOES! Also, the serial number matches on the dash, data plate and cowl. The factory data plate showing the most important data of the car is intact and still mounted on the inner fender. The body is fairly rust free but does have evidence of some body work. The paint is not show quality but the car looks great from a short distance. Original Y4 Gold color, older restoration. This is a South Dakota car that is very solid underneath in the floor pans and frame areas. THIS CAR IS NOT AND HAS NEVER BEEN A “RUST BUCKET”. It has been checked over by our Dodge technician of over 30 years. It should make a great driver and/or easy restoration project. These are hard to find.
