Automatic If you haven't driven one of these cars, you should, and you're welcome to come by and test drive this one - it is really a treat. This 2003 Miata looks great and runs great. This one includes leather seats, power windows, locks and mirrors and more. It is in EXCELLENT condition inside and out - virtually pristine. This was definitely somebody's baby. It is a lifetime Florida car that has had just one previous owner. Exterior enhancements include a rear spoiler, alloy wheels and fog lamps. The exterior is in very, very good condition. There are no notable dents or dings, and the paint shines all around. The top is in excellent condition. AutoCheck shows no accident history or any other problems. The interior is in excellent condition. There are no rips or tears in the leather seats. The carpets, dash, and door panels in very good shape. This Mazda offers some nice comfort and convenience features: power windows, locks and mirrors; cold air conditioning; AM/FM/CD stereo; cruise control, and much more. There's no sign this car was ever smoked in - no odor, no burn marks, and the lighter looks like it has never been used. The manual and both remote key fobs are with the car. So is the boot fro the top. The 1.8 liter motor runs very well. It provides more than ample power, yet it gets good fuel economy, rated at 22/28 mpg. These forms are acceptable for the deposit as well, and we will accept Paypal for the deposit only. If you are the winner, a $500 deposit within 48 hours of the end of the auction is sufficient to hold the car until the remainder can be sent or car is picked up. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals.
