3rd Owner of vehicle, yes it has high mileage but all are highway miles. has the 3.9 V6 motor, king cab, cloth seats. bed has been changed due to the original bed rusting out around fender wells, needs a bit of minor mechanical work on wiring to tail lights, replace a brake line, otherwise this is a sound truck that runs good and gets really good gas mileage. tires are in good condition
