Up for sale is a 2001 Volkswagen GTI. It is a GLX model with the powerful, fast VR6. It has a 5 speed manual transmission. It has a MAGNAFLOW exhaust system and an AEM cold-air intake. It sounds nice and is very quick with the upgrades. It has a brand new INTERSTATE battery that was just installed. Engine and trans seem to be in great shape, runs and drives 100%. It is red with a black leather interior. One-touch power moon roof. It has an aftermarket stereo and CD player, works great. There are 3 good tires, the 4th is decent, has some life left for sure. This is a great first car. Very fun to drive. Good on gas. The "check brake pads' light is on. Missing some small interior parts including the E-Brake button (still works fine). This car needs some TLC. Nothing major. Window switch is intermittent. Locks do not work properly althought you can manually lock and unlock the car. Has some dents on passengers side door and quarter panel as shown in the pictures. It appears there has been previous body repairs mainly on the drivers door.
