For sale is a 1978 Chevrolet Corvette with T-top. It is a 350 with automatic transmission. This car is in very good condition. I am listing it for my dad. I believe he bought the car 7 years ago from Florida and drove it home. Since then it has been repainted, and the engine was rebuilt and upgraded, although other than a bigger cam I'm not sure what else has been done to it. The car runs and sounds great, it has a very deep idle that hurts my ears when the car is not moving. My dad has invested over $12,000 in the car, but is prepared to take a loss so it will sell quickly. Since the rebuild, the car has seen very little use and is the main reason he is selling it. The only flaws to my knowledge on this car is one bubble in the paint on the hood (you can see it clearly in one picture). For some reason it did not bond well on that spot on the hood (fiberglass can be a pain so no big surprise). Also, the drivers side brake light is not lighting up, and the ac needs recharged. The interior in the car is in great condidition. The leather seats are in great shape, he had them recovered. The T-tops are in very good shape and do not leak. The power windows also work. The tires are in exellent shape. I also have listed my mothers 2004 Z06 Corvette.
