1968 ford country sedan galixie 500 390 engine automatic trans, power disc brakes, steering, air cond, factory small dish wheel covers and NO luggage rack on top [from factory] TEXAS CAR, Runs and drives GREAT. Engine smokes when you first start it then it stops.[ I was told it needs valve seals]. Can be done without pulling the heads off. It was stored in a building for over 10 years. I had the carb rebuilt, tank cleaned, new battery, new plugs, points, condenser, cap and rotor and WOW it runs strong now. The trans works great. All the lights etc work. It had small damage to the lower hood lip, All dents are shown in pictures. Now has nice grill and fender was replaced. I have a nice front bumper for it as well as a nice set of JUST the park lights, I was going to run without front bumper. LIKE 99% RUST FREE,,, The ONLY rust we can find is the bottom of the spare tire well and one quarter size place in lower left rear panel.[repaired by filler] The interior is good for the most part: Dash is cracked, headliner has some seams splitting, front lower seat needs redone. Carpets are good but faded. Door panels are all ok. It's pretty dirty inside from sitting in building. The brakes work great and the tires are good but probaly OLD. Has a spare but it's no good. The car has had amature paint and body work but looks real good from 20 feet!!! The windshield has some BB-GUN damage from kids before it was put inside. THE CAR NEEDS TOTAL RESTORATION to be driven and depended upon as it's pretty old. THE CAR IS SOLD AS IS WHERE IS, so look close at pictures and ask me questions BEFORE you bid.
