It is a four stroke, has 3384 miles on it and does have a windshield installed. The scooter is in good shape overall, tires are in good shape and scooter runs good. A few minor scratches on the left bottom side (we tried to show in the pics as best we could). The top of the handlebars are a couple of paint bubbles from where the windshield was installed.
