1973 Chevrolet Vega Estate Wagon • An all original California RUST FREE vehicle! • Second owner • 81,300 miles • Automatic • Factory Air Conditioning (it will freeze you out .. even in 100+ degree weather in the Sacramento Valley) • 4 cylinder Aluminum • Nice original brown interior .. no rips or tears .. dash in excellent condition. • Needs the front carpet replaced. • The AM radio plastic push buttons are all broken. The radio works , just have to manually tune it. • The Vega has 3 dents on the body back by the tail lights (see slide show) • 3 side trim pieces are off the car and I have them . just need new plastic clips to get them back on. • Before bidding I ask that you email me at rrw76@mac.com or call John 916-764-0700 to confirm who you are and get more details on the car • I have both original California blue & yellow license plates that came on the car new. • The Vega is currently licensed and insured in California • 1973 vehicles are nor required to have smog checks in California. • I will email you access to a slide show with 98 pics of the Vega. This Vega is just amazing. It runs and drives great. It is not fast, but it is reliable. I can’t confirm it, but I am guessing this engine was sleeved by the GM factory . I had planned on putting in a V6 in it but it is too nice to alter it’s original condition. I am guessing that there are not too many Vega Estate Wagons left . (aka “Vinyl Woody” ) I require full payment 24 hours after the auction ends.
