Up for auction is a 944 turbo rare touring edition, all original privately owned occassionally driven since it was 3 years old by the 2nd owner. This vehicle is one of the most popular sports cars of its time. This 944 is the turbo edition with the rare touring package that had a different suspension and cruise control. This 944 is all original with all working components even the digital clock and factory alarm still work. Car has always been serviced by Porsche and the only altered item on vehicle is the waste gate was trimmed for performance by Porsche dealer to increase the hp from 215 to 290 hp. The interior is near perfect condition as seen in pictures . The body is in great shape especially for its age. The rims are in real nice condition and the tires have very little wear. There are no leaks from the engine and no leaks from windows or sunroof. This car has been babied and kept in a climate controlled storage garage since new. Mechanically this car is a perfect runner it needs nothing the brakes are good exhaust is sound clutch is very strong all mechanical are in working condition just passed Indiana Emission test.
