One Family owned. 25,xxx ACTUAL MILES SURVIVOR For your consideration is probably one of the nicest Town Cars on the planet. It was owned by the same family it's entire life. NEVER seen salt or snow. Absolutely unbelievable condition. A dear friend of mine that I've known since I was a child called me one evening to tell me that her Aunt had died. After some conversation she mentioned that she had a Lincoln Town Car Signature with almost no miles on it. She wanted to know if I could help out her uncle by marketing the car. This was her baby. Always serviced at the Ford dealership. I have bought and sold cars for over 20 years and never seen a car this clean. I put it up on a hoist and couldn't believe my eyes. The original dual exhaust system still shines. The floor pans still show the nice dark original undercoating. There is no rust whatsoever on this car, not even the frame. A little surface rust on the rear axle which is normal oxidation. I received everything with this car that you could possibly get. I have an unbelievable amount of documentation for this car including every single manual for every system, Warranty book, Warranty imprint card, Original window sticker, original bill of sale, Quality parts Data Card, Road side customer one care card, Entry code card, even two of the original showroom catalogs for this car. I even have the original Gold Lincoln key chains (2) with the stamped in number of the owner. The dash has the Lincoln customized dash plaque. This car was always in the garage. Never saw rain unless they got caught out in it. If it was raining outside, the car stayed in. It is a Signature series and has many options: Digital dash, Thermometer on the left mirror, twilight sentinels Auto headlight dimmers, factory dual exhaust (rare option) and many more. See the pic of the window sticker. She even paid $1200 + for the protection package. Almost $30,000.00 in 1988. This car runs, drives and even smells like the day it was new. Also she had the foresight to swap out the wire wheel covers for the lace aluminum wheels before she took delivery. A very smart move. The vinyl top is still soft and supple. Not even the stitching is weathered. There are a couple pine tree sap spots on the roof. I'm sure they can be removed but I don't want to try something that might damage the roof so I left them alone. The A/C blows Ice cold and has already been converted to R134. The tires look like new. The spare has never been on the ground and the jack has never been used. The trunk looks like no one ever put anything in it. The engine compartment is nearly spotless. There are a very few imperfections which are as follows: Factory radio failed at some point and an aftermarket CD stereo was installed. She accidentally closed her garage door a little too soon and grazed the power antenna. It still goes up and down but doesn't retract fully into the body due to being slightly bent. The drivers side armrest has a one inch long crack on the very back side. There are some minor paint imperfections such as a leaf shadow or minor chip here and there. The right rear door has several dings in it from them opening the other car door in their door into it. ALL of the paint on this car is factory. There has never been any body or paint work done on this car. They're only original once. Seldom do you see one this nice. The car is located in Freeport Illinois which is about 2 hours west of Chicago or about 2 hours from Milwaukee or the Quad Cities. I have the title in hand which is accompanied by the death certificate. I will not ship the car or sell it to an overseas buyer. I would like to deal person to person. If you want it shipped you must make full guaranteed funds payment before it will be released. You must handle all shipping aspects from your end.
