2006 BMW M3 CONVERTIBLE. This fine automobile was driven by wife and has very low miles, showing 29,500 miles on the odometer at the time of listing. It loaded with options. And it is the highly sought after color combination with a Alpine white exterior, black top, cinnamon leather interior and black carpet and M3 mats. The car is in excellent condition. It was never smoked in and smells and appears new in every way.The CarFax shows me as the second owner with no accidents or issues and it has always been a Florida car. When I bought the car I paid several thousand dollars extra for the 100,000 mile extended maintenance plan which transfers to the new owner. All oil changes, brake jobs and maintenance cost are free. The car is also currently covered under the full factory warranty which also transfers to the new owner and will still be in effect for another 20,000 miles or till Sept 2010. I updated the car with a carbon fiber air dam and M3 emblem on the grill. Because the ground effects (air dam) are very low I installed a camera on the front of the car which can be viewed from inside to avoid front end damage at the curb. I also installed Brembo style caliper covers which add to the awesome looks of this car. I have the documentation to back up the warranties. This is a true sports car that handles like a dream and turns heads where ever it goes. Its fast & so much fun to drive. You will not be disappointed. Terms of purchase: This car is presently financed by Bank of America for an amount less than the present value (I am not upside down). I called Bank of America to find out how they recomend the loan be satisfied and the car be transferred to a new owner. The winning bidder will give a $1,000.00 deposit via Paypal when the auction closes. This will protect both parties so if every thing doesnt go per the terms agreed apon, then the buyer will receive a complete refund. When the full amount of the funds are received in escrow I will pay off the loan with my personal funds to Bank of America. They will rush the satisfaction for payoff within 72 hrs. Then the satifaction, the certified bill of sale and the car will be turned over to the buyer.
