I’ve had it for about two years and will describe it as best I can. 5.0 302 motor with Holley 600 CFM carb, high runner intake, headers, HEI distributor, heavy duty radiator, new battery and more. There is no smoke from the Flowmaster exhausts. Car has a rebuilt AOD 4 speed auto transmission. The rear end is an 8.8 inch from a 93 mustang with new posi and fresh control arms. The car also has subframe connectors installed. The car has chrome Prostar wheels and the tires have plenty of traction left on them. I have louvers that cover the rear windows but those are not installed at the moment. The interior is in pretty good shape for the age but of course needs some work. The t-top seals are new and can be stubborn when it is cold out. The roof doesn’t leak. The trunk floor is rock solid and the interior floors are solid as well. They have been resealed and coated to help prevent rust. The problems: The brake pedal has a hissing noise but this hasn’t affected the braking, idling, or anything else. The interior is 28 years old so there are some issues. The passenger side arm rest has come loose from the door and the seat belts do not pull tight. Replacing them would be the way to go. The windows need some heavy duty cleaning. The previous owner’s paint job was a disaster. The car needs to stripped/sanded down and given a proper paint job which I don’t have the time or money to give it. The car is great minus the little problems mentioned and the needed paint job/body work. The car is loud and a lot of fun but needs some work given its age.
