1969 Chevrolet C20 converted to 4x4 on original frame. I am second owner of this Original bodied truck . 4x4 Conversion was finished on June 12 ,2010 ,Has less than 1K on it ,Frame crossmembers Brackets rearend housing ,backing plates ,core support and inner fender wells are all Powder Coated Gloss black with Gloss clear coat, and all waxed before assembly. Rearend has new brakes ,wheel cylinders bearings and races in hubsand seals and gaskets.New rear driveshaft 1350 u-joints,New Process 205 transfer completly rebuilt with all new races bearings seals and gaskets , new adapter seals and gaskets. New Gm 350 Crate motor and rebuilt turbo 350 trans with less than 5k on them. Edelbrock Performer intake manifold and Edelbrock Quadrajet carb . New High output 50,000 volt H.E.I Distributer and wires. Aluminized 2 1/4 " dual exhaust and new mufflers . New heater core and AC fan blower . Completely detailed engine and brackets.New hoses and belts , all fluids replaced . Rebuilt front drivshaft. Front axle all new seals and disc brakes and Warn locking hubs , Steel braided front brake lines. Pro Comp shocks and 6" lift and 4' blocks in rear , 2" body lift on factory mounts see Photos.Interior all original dark green dash pad and door panesl in pristine shape, Visors nice except for some stitching come lose on vynle edge , Seat recovered with factory original style seat cover. Rubber floor mat replaced abour 5 yrs ago still super nice. All original glass with stainless trim. Accessories include trailer brake wireing and receiver tow hitch and new chrome rear bumper factory cold AC power steering power brakes factory jack in cab and tire iron. BODY all Original paint except lh front fender was resprayed.all panels ander moulding are original ,There are two scratches on RH side bed side by wheel well that were there when i bought it ,see photos. I emoved all the body mouldings and cleaned them and buffed and waxed truck and reinstalled I have done this once before about 9yrs ago helps prevent rusting due to dirt buildup between body and trim. all mouldings were buffed and waxed too , the moulding are super nice , a couple of indents on lower tailgate trim. The body has no rust except there was some crud buildup in rh front lower corner below battery ,so I sand blasted the inner part and treated in and primed and painted it , so there are only a bunch on pin holes only see photo's . Also there was some loose caulking in the rain gutters by top of windshield , no rust throughs so I treated areas with a rust inhibiter and resealed the areas.. Also I just cleaned under the cab area only and left it original had to stop somewhere. . 5 New 235 85R/16 tires included. Axles have 4.10 ratios. So if I have forgot something please feel free to ask me anything. Also The truck has always had a camper shell on its whole life, The wood bed was flawless before I had it Line X sprayed 9yrs ago ,I just used it for daily driver and camping and towing , I also clean under the bed and resprayed it with black lacquer before I put it back on.
