I am selling this car for a friend. He will end this auction early. This car came out of Texas and is very solid from what I can see. The car still has the 1968 Texas plates on it. The car has a new paint job, and the sheet metal is all original from what I can see, no patch panels from what I could see. The trunk had some pitting in it but it was wire wheeled then sealed and then painted the color of the car the engine bay was also painted the color of the car. The car was green but there are no traces of that any more. The car has a new front bumper. The Charger is midnight blue, but in the day it has a hint of Purple in the blue and at night it looks Black. The under side of the car looks very solid. The interior is black and has new carpet, new head liner, new seat covers, and a new package tray put in. There is a new dash pad in the box that goes with the car. The door panels look to be original. The console in the back is broke were someone had used it to lift them self out of the car , very common. The engine in his Charger is a 383 originally i do not know if its the original motor,but it has a nice running 383. The car started right up for me. The car has a new battery in it, and when the car was running I unhooked the battery and the car stayed running so the charging system is good. The brakes work fine on the car. There is now radio in the car, the lights work and the interior lights work also, I do not know about the wipers or heater I forgot to check. The trans shifts nice. The tires are heat cracked on the sides but the tread is good. Please come look at the car or send some to look at it for you. The is not a concourse show car, if you want that then the car will need a full restore or pay big bucks and buy a car done you can not drive.
