Vehicle Detail
All original, numbers matching, bright yellow 1978 Chevrolet Camaro LT in excellent original condition. There are less than 45,000 original miles on this beautiful camaro! Note: There is a dent in the front right quarter panel directly behind the tire. Please see pictures for detail. It's an easy enough fix, I just haven't had the resources to fix it. It was not in an accident. It was parked at the bottom of a hilly driveway and a loose tire rolled down the hill and struck it. Other than that, this car is in excellent condition. No rust! In fact, it still has some of the original undercoating on the undercarriage and all the coating in the trunk. It has been very well maintained and has new tires. It has a 350 V-8 with a 4 barrel carbeurator and is a 4-speed manual. It has the factory A/C that will work once it is recharged. It runs perfectly. It's very dependable. I used it to commute a few times a week when I first got it and never had any problems. This car is all original. The original engine and transmission, the original interior, the original paint, the original radio/8 track - it's ALL ORIGINAL. It has not been changed. There are less than 45,000 original miles on this car! The interior is in near mint condition. It's the tan/tweed combination of cloth and vinyl. The seats are in excellent shape. The radio and 8 track still work well. The headliner looks brand new - no sagging or holes. The dash is in near mint condition. There is a small hole/worn spot in the carpet in the front driver's side, and there is 1 small slit and 1 tiny slit in the vinyl of the middle armrest/console. I'm only the second owner since the camaro was bought in 1978. I bought the car from the original owner in 2006 in Colorado and trailered the car to California. I have the original owner's manual and some of the original paperwork like the original temporary registration from 1978. I have the pink slip in hand - clean title. CA tags expire in November 2010. The car passed CA smog with flying colors. This car has been so well maintained and runs like a dream. It's a beautiful camaro that you must see to truly appreciate. This original car is a great, low cost investment for a serious buyer. Check out this beautiful camaro for yourself!
