Considering this vehicle is over 7 years old, it is in very good condition. Then again, it is a Honda! It runs and drives very well, no known issues. It has power windows, power door locks, air conditioning, cruise control, am/fm/ cd player, and rear sunroof. Engine is a 2.4 litre 4 cylinder which has proven to be virtually bulletproof, and utilizes a timing chain instead of a timing belt, eliminating the need for that costly maintenance. The transmission shifts fine, with no known issues. Cosmetically I would say it is in average condtion, just showing what I consider normal use. The interior is in decent shape, with a minor tear on the drivers seat bolster, shown in the picture. The rubber flooring has no tears, with a few spots of some minor discoloration. The paint on the exterior is in great shape, except on a few spots on the roof where the clear coat is peeling. There are a few other minor blemishes, shown in the photos. The tires are brand spanking new. It is ready to serve someone very well. If you are looking for an affordable small SUV that is super roomy and rugged, this is for you!
