I bought this Jeep to redo, and have done a bit to it. So far I have put in a new steering box, heater core, new wiper motor, new bikini top (comes with Jeep), used complete soft top with new frame, Jeep radio from wreck, overhead sound bar, used shift boot, new step bar (see photos). Also for sale with this Jeep is the two hardtop side windows (which do not fit the soft top, see pics), A new rear view mirror for the passenger side (not installed), the tires are almost new and have lots of tread left. I started what you can finish. It could be a fun Jeep but I don't have the time or will to complete the job. So what's wrong... After I painted the Jeep black (an ok job) the hood popped up during a drive and dented the hood (see pics). There are two little dents on either side of the hood. The motor runs great and the running gear works. The rear differential was rebuilt before I bought the Jeep but has always worked with no problems and I have put some miles on this Jeep. There is a problem with the turn signals. The front right does not always work. There is no AC but with the top down it is always fun and cool to drive. Buyer is responsible for pickup and shipping. Sold as is. If you are not satisfied, at pickup, I will refund payments made through e-bay and Paypal for this vehicle only. I did not know about the odometer problem until I listed this item. As far as I know it works. Also I did not know about any accidents but as you can see the Jeep looks good. I guess it pays to do an AutoCheck.
