We are moving out of state so our loss could be your gain. For Sale is an 2001 Audi A4 Automatic & Manual transmission. Here's the story we live in Connecticut, at the end of March we had very heavy rain and flooding, and the passenger side of the car flooded. It runs but transmission will not shift into gear. We've been told it is the Neutral Safety Switch but we can not afford to put the money into it to have it fixed. We received paperwork from Audi notifiying us that there is a class action law suit against Audi due to the Pelham and sunroof drains cloging which can lead to flooding like we experienced. I called the law firm for the class action suit to be reimbursed for the repair and replacement of things such as the TCM, carpet, seats etc. you need to provide receipts showing repair and costs. Due to time constraints with our move this is something we are unable to do...so here's the deal. If you buy this car you will have to replace the carpet and either the TCM or Neutral Saftey Switch which was shorted by the flood, you will be reimbursed by Audi. After that you will have a very sweet Audi for less than blue book. We have all the paperwork from Audi regarding the class action suit.
