This is a No Reserve Auction Up for sale is my 1972, numbers matching, factory original, Cheyenne Super, Custom Camper, truck. There aren't many trucks like this available anymore let alone one in as original of condition as this one. This truck has nearly every available factory option from air conditioning to tilt steering column to a sliding rear window. This truck has the orignal 402 motor and drive train. The carpet, headliner and dash pad are in outstanding condition. The orginal pushbutton AM radio works great and the dash has not been altered for a stereo. The doors are original and untouched, they have not been cut for speakers or anything else. The rockers are solid and so is the floor. The Woodgrain interior dash components look nearly new. The woodgrain door panel inserts are in great condition also. The only thing that needs to be done to the interior of this truck to bring it back to original is to install an original seat cover and some new arm rests. The paint is driver quality and still turns heads. None of the moulding or chrome pcs are missing, it is all there! All of the badges from the "Custom Camper" to the "Cheyenne Super" are there and in great condition. The tailgate is perfect, from the Chevrolet lettering to the Woodgrain insert. This is a wood bed truck and will be absolutley stunning when restored. There are two minor issues with the body on this truck: the first issue is that the passenger door has been dented by the mirror. The dents are minor. Secondly, the bedside toolbox was replaced with a fuel tank. This fuel tank appears to have been a dealer option. However, I'm not sure. Just below the door to the tool box there is some rust. The motor runs very well and the transmission shifts smoothly. Lights, turn signals and horn all work on this truck. I have the original build sheet and owners manual. This truck is a time warp, when you purchase this truck you will be as amazed as I continue to be with this truck. Good luck on the bidding but don't bid unless you are serious.
