It is listed as having a salvage title, but this is because it was stolen back in 2003 and not immediately recovered. When this happens, the insurance company pays off the owner and records the title as "salvage". This truck was recovered intact - it just has a theft history. This truck is listed as an extended cab but it's more like a crew cab than just an extended cab. It has two doors on each side that close together giving the rear passengers great access when getting in and out and making this a very flexible and functional truck. Both the interior and exterior are in excellent condition. The dark steel grey metallic paint looks great!! It's not like black that looks terrible if it isn't perfectly clean. This truck has a nice bed liner and it's been well taken care of. The front tires have a pretty good amount of tread, but the rear tires will need to be replaced relatively soon. The truck drives perfectly fine right now like it is though. The interior has dark grey velour-like cloth and it's in great shape. There is one very small hole on the drivers seat that is a little smaller than the size of a pencil eraser. The headliner and accessories, door handles, arm rests, etc. are all in very good condition. The front bench seats have a storage space between them with an arm rest. The truck doesn't have any wierd smells or funky odors. The stereo sounds good, the a/c works great, and it has power windows that work fine. It has power seats and those work fine too. I drove this truck for a couple of days and had so much fun. It's super comfortable to drive and ride in. It's one of those vehicles that you feel instantly comfortable in. It has great acceleration and stops on a dime. The motor runs strong and with only 105k miles it's just getting broken in. There's just something cool about driving a Chevy pickup truck and this one is such a great color and in really great condition. It's the perfect choice if you want a great truck that you could use for work, play, or as a family vehicle. Terms of Sale: The following apply to all of our online sales.
Deposit The successful high bidder will submit a $1000 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.
Payment of Balance Due: The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Additional Fees and Taxes: Buyer pays all taxes. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. We charge a $149 document fee. This covers the added fees of providing a temporary tag, fed-ex fees, airport pickup, title company fees, etc.

Seller reserves the right to cancel any and all bids, or end the auction early at its sole and complete discretion before the close of the auction. Bidder must be 18 years or older. Bid retractions are not allowed and will not be recognized within 24 hours of auctions end. High bidder must contact the seller within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction.
If, within seven (7) calendar days of the auction end all moneys are not received then buyer shall, at sellers option, be liable for sellers actual damages or forfeit the deposit as liquidated damages.
Seller welcomes buyers pre-bid inspection at seller’s place of business but any such inspections must be completed prior to the auction ending, during our business hours (noon - 6 pm monday through friday) and shall be at buyers cost. We are a licensed independent dealer in the state of Florida. Titles are usually sent within 1-2 weeks but can take up to 30 days to be received. In the event that you need the title and vehicle at the same time, we require prepayment (and enough time for the payment to clear) or cash payment (in person) in US funds.
We do our best to provide accurate descriptions, but could possibly overlook something. We try to point out anything unusual for the year and mileage of the car, but obviously these are used cars and will have wear consistent with the year and mileage. Most of our cars come with owners manuals and 2 keys, cigarette lighters, cargo covers, spare tires, jacks, first aid kits, etc. but sometimes these are not turned in by the previous owner. If you don’t see these items pictured, do not assume that they are there or included with the auction. We do drive these cars while they're up for auction so the mileage may be slightly higher, but typically not more than a few hundred miles. If you have any questions, please ask. As you can see from our fantastic feedback rating, we are not in the business of mis-describing what we sell. We are very reasonable and go out of our way to provide our customers with excellent service and a fantastic value.
Do your due diligence. All cars are sold as-is and all sales are final. Pre-bid inspections are welcomed PRIOR to bidding. Please don't win an auction and THEN schedule an inspection. We will go out of our way to accommodate any inspection prior to bidding and answer any questions honestly and to the best of our ability.
Manufacturer warranties may still apply, but please do your due diligence and verify it with the dealer if you want the specifics of what is covered. All warranties are different. The VIN number is provided in the auction.

This vehicle is being sold as-is. Inspections and test drives are more than welcome but please do this BEFORE bidding.
Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $1000.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 5 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate. You can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`.
If you are not sure about something, please ask! Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.

It is up to the buyer to come see and further inspect the car before the end of the auction.--> On May-31-10 at 17:41:13 PDT, seller added the following information:We've received many questions regarding the title status for this vehicle. It has a clean title. When the vehicle was stolen in 2003, the insurance company paid it off. The insurance company converted the title of the missing (stolen) vehicle in the name of the insurance company and at the same time branded it as salvage. The word salvage in these cases means anytihing recovered - meaning intact with no damage or stripped down to a shell with no drivetrain, wheels, etc. When stolen vehicles that are stripped or severely damaged, the vehicle is not able to be used again. It is given a certificate of destruction. When a vehicle is damaged, but repairable, it is given a rebuildable title. When it is recovered intact with no damage (like our truck), the insurance company sells the vehicle at auction and the title is converted into a normal clean title. This car will come with a normal clean title and will be able to be registered, sold, etc., just like any other vehicle.
