Vehicle Detail

This is probably the most rust free hawk in the country. The factory primer is still in parts of the frame rail pockets. The car is original paint from the windsheild back and any chrome that has need to be redone has. Its 289 with a reproduction R-4 intake with new AFB carburators. It has the same type of air cleaners found in 6 cyl engines just using the top covers. New chrome valve covers. The interior retains the original door panels, head liner and seat covers less the front seat bottom that has been redone to match the original. The carpet has also been replaced at some point. All the parts I have collected with this car will go with it as well. Here is a partial list of some of the stuff, but you will need 2 pick-ups to haul that stuff. Running 289 full flow from 62 hawk. Pulled last year from a daily driver, a rebuilt 55 commander engine that has been kept indoors since car was wrecked, I believe when I checked it it had a 289 crank and has been bored. The heads are off and have chevrolet valves and moroso retainers. There are several wheel opening moldings, several door moldings, 1 new old stock hood, left fender, inner fender, valance panel, used complete dash, several front and rear bumper cores, alot of misc parts purchased for one of the 3 hawks Ive had, new tail light lens, reverse lenses, Some other things I can think of are 11" finned front brake system, used off 61 but including, spindles, backing plates shoes and wheel cylinders , there are extra engine parts as well, R-1 R-2 ignition stainless, one 64 electronic ignition box ( NOS) and one used one. There are several sets of points, condensor, used oil pan, couple sets of valve covers, 1 set used R-1 valve covers (good), used 4 speed steering col with manual gearbox, so you get the pic, the car is worth much more than the BIN, you have to arrange shipping, I will help load and pack. If it doesnt sell soon on the BIN , I will relist things seperately. Ph. 540-550-5654
