Up for your bidding pleasure we have another vehicle from our Phoenix, AZ warehouse: a very nice Nissan Altima SE 2.5 (Special Edition). The vehicle comes loaded with all the options except leather. I have personally driven the vehicle from AZ to Los Angeles and the car runs and performs absolutely great. The engine runs very smooth and has ample power. There are no leaks from the engine compartment or transmission. The transmission casing is bone dry under the car - no leaks. The radiator does not over heat or show any signs of past over heating, the fluids are very clean. The AC performs very well even in the 100 degree temp encountered in the desert. The transmission shifts very well with no jerks or noises. The suspension is tight and no vibrations have been detected, no pulling or steering issues. The tires are in very good condition and have almost 90% thread left. The exterior paint looks to be very shiny with no major blemishes. Expect the small dings and scrapes associated with a used car... All the on board electronics are in working condition. The car has power windows, power doors, AM/FM/CD player with steering wheel controls, power mirrors, power driver seat and power sunroof / moonroof - all working! The interior is in very clean condition with no odors or stains detected. The carpeting is clean, no pet hair or stains detected. The issues that I have found with the car are as follows (you can also see them clearly in the pictures): the passenger side seat, on the bottom cushion has what looks to be a burn mark in it. Like I mentioned before, there is no smoke odor in the car, but the burn looks to be something that a cigarette may have caused? The passenger side quarter panel has a small dent/indentation in it. It is located right where the door and quarter panel meet. And last, the FOB remote for the door lock/unlock is missing. I will have one of my guys search the vehicle thoroughly, maybe it's under the seat or in the trunk. The vehicle comes with 1 (one) transponder key, which obviously, starts the car and also unlocks all the doors. A replacement remote can be had right here on Ebay for about $15.00 and can be programmed by the buyer. The Altima does not require dealer programming (only for the transponder key), at least that is what I've been told. Please check with a dealer if you have any doubts. This vehicle comes with a CLEAN and CLEAR AZ Title. The title is in hand and has no liens or brands on it. The vehicle has been in our storage facility and it belongs to the Sherman Way Auto Group also known as Keyes Acura, in the past. Keyes Acura has recently gone in Bankruptcy and all of their Los Angeles locations have been closed. The vehicle is being sold in order to recover our due balance. You may set up an appointment to test drive the vehicle in the Valencia/Stevenson Ranch area. You can also have the vehicle inspected at any dealer/mechanic of your choice as long as the location is within a 5 mile radius. The car can be driven any distance and it's ready to go. You may fly in and drive the car home. Or alternatively, arrange for a shipper. It is up to you - the buyer. Everything that I sell is AS IS and WHERE IS, I offer NO warranty or guarantees. The winning bidder must submit a non-refundable $500 deposit at the end of the auction. When I say the end, I mean right at the end of the auction. If I do not receive the deposit, I have the right to VOID the transaction and sell to the next bidder. The remaining balance is to be paid in CASH or Bank Wire Transfer (Preferred and Safe) or a US Bank Official Check. All checks have to clear before the vehicle will be released! NOTE: I have been told by a few prospective buyers that Autocheck shows a flaw in their report: namely, uniframe damage at some point in the cars' history. I have taken the car to a specialized shop and while the car was lifted they were not able to detect any sign of frame damage...I am not sure where AutoCheck got their data or how accurate it may be. Nonetheless, I have taken the step to have the vehicle checked. If anyone is interested, you may contact me and I will give you the shop's number - you can call and verify the inspection for yourself. The Autocheck report looks very questionable to me...they list the car as sold in auction in 2009 and then sold in the same auction almost 5 months later in 2010 with the same mileage. In any case, it is up to you what you believe...
